• Follow a strict cleaning schedule and maintain detailed records of your work using our in-house software.
• Assist in the preparation of rooms for check-in and check-out, ensuring all amenities are in place and functioning properly.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and waste disposal.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restrooms and common areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel comfortable and valued during their stay.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment, including vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and mops.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with hospitality software and systems.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
