📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of merchandisers and display personnel, ensuring that they meet sales targets and operational goals.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility, attract customers, and drive sales.
• Create and maintain engaging and visually appealing displays using a variety of materials and techniques.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Train and mentor team members, providing ongoing support and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that products are presented in the best possible way to customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in merchandising and display.
• Ensure that all displays comply with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising and display, with a proven track record of success in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and customer service.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory management software, and other retail software.
• Familiarity with digital display solutions and technologies.
