📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other equipment.
• Inspect and maintain common areas such as lobbies, corridors, and public spaces to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Collaborate with the facility management team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status for future reference.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a related field.
• Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Valid certification in relevant maintenance or technical fields, such as NCCER or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
