📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including fleet management, scheduling, and route optimization using Google Maps API and Uber's Dispatch Platform.
• Manage a team of 10-15 drivers and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and monitor service standards and quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and IT, to drive overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment for drivers and staff.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the tourism or transportation industry.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of logistics, fleet management, and route optimization.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar credential is a plus.
• Experience with Google Maps API and Uber's Dispatch Platform is highly desirable.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
