📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounting processes related to manufacturing, including invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet our standards.
• Develop and maintain production plans, schedules, and work orders using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage materials to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular reports to management on production performance, quality metrics, and inventory status.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing accounting, quality control, or production planning and inventory control.
