Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain molds for production processes using tools like SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Ensure molds are in optimal condition for high-precision production.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve mold-related issues.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of molds.
- Document mold preparation processes and maintain accurate records.
- Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mold preparation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with tools like SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Valid certification in mold preparation and maintenance is a plus.
- Experience with plastic injection molding is a plus.
