📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage investment research and analysis projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
• Develop and maintain strategic investment models and frameworks to support decision-making.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis using industry-leading tools such as Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and Refinitiv.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify investment opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends and regulatory changes to provide actionable intelligence.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in industry conferences and networking events to build professional relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment research, market intelligence, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools such as Aladdin, IMA, or similar.
• Certifications in CFA, FRM, or CIPM are a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
