📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings and plans for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements and building codes.
• Review and revise existing drawings to incorporate changes and updates.
• Use AutoCAD software to generate 2D and 3D models, including elevations, sections, and details.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local and national building regulations.
• Prepare construction documents, including schedules, bills of quantities, and specifications.
• Maintain and update project files and records.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and construction contracts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting for construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software, including advanced features and customization.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and local construction practices in Bali.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
