📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and receiving.
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively.
  • Optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed, using warehouse management software.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and inventory levels.
  • Ensure that the warehouse is well-maintained and that all equipment is in good working order.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management software.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and logistics is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
