📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs meet organizational goals.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training activities.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of training participants.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.,Provide feedback and support to employees to enhance their performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Valid CPNS or equivalent certification is a plus.
