📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Write clear, concise, and accurate user manuals, guides, and other technical documents,Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product updates,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational resources,Support customers and internal teams by providing technical information and guidance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience with documentation management systems is a plus,Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies is a plus
