📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.,Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.,Develop and implement lesson plans, unit plans, and other instructional materials.,Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives and programs.,Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.,Attend professional development opportunities and stay current with best practices in education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant setting.,Strong knowledge of the curriculum and pedagogical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.,Commitment to continuous professional development.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
