📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide one-on-one and group counseling to students, addressing their emotional, social, and academic needs.,Assist students with academic and personal development, offering support and guidance.,Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and teachers.,Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities and events to promote student engagement and well-being.,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure a holistic approach to student care.,Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.,Promote a positive and inclusive school environment, fostering a sense of community and belonging.,Stay up-to-date with best practices in student counseling and care, and continuously seek opportunities for professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in student counseling, teaching, or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of Indonesian culture and society is a plus.,Valid teaching or counseling certification/license is a plus.,Previous experience working with international students is a plus.
