📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily cleaning and sanitation operations in the Bali Branch.,Develop and implement service plans to meet client requirements and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all client premises.,Manage and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure service quality and identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the cleaning and sanitation industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies.,Familiarity with cleaning and sanitation equipment and products.,Experience in managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
