📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including meal planning, food preparation, and cooking.,Ensure all food is prepared to high standards of hygiene and quality.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.,Maintain accurate records of food inventory and usage.,Participate in health and safety inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide nutritious and delicious meals for patients and staff.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve kitchen efficiency and reduce waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a healthcare setting or similar high-standard environment.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with nutritional guidelines and dietary requirements.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
