📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess patients' needs and develop care plans to promote recovery and well-being.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.,Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
