Root Global Sentosa is looking for a Lead Security to oversee the security operations and ensure the safety of our employees and assets. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security protocols, conducting regular security audits, and providing security training to our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security protocols and procedures.,Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.,Provide security training and awareness programs to employees.,Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel as needed.,Maintain and update security documentation and records.,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and laws.,Develop and implement security policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using security management software and tools.,Valid security certification (e.g., CPP, CSP, or equivalent) is a plus.,Ability to obtain a security clearance.
