📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.

Develop and implement effective business development strategies.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Manage and mentor junior business development staff.

Report on business development activities and progress to senior management.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful client onboarding and retention.

Achieve and exceed sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related role.

Proven track record of success in business development.

Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
