CAST Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in Salatiga. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Oversee the work of junior bookkeepers and provide guidance and support,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external auditors,Maintain relationships with external auditors and accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting,Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
