📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of clients and guests.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure that food and beverages are prepared and served according to the event schedule.,Manage and supervise banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer service and event success.,Maintain a clean and well-organized banquet area, ensuring that it is ready for each event.,Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to provide excellent customer service throughout the event planning process.,Monitor and manage banquet budgets, ensuring that events are completed within the allocated budget.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in banquet operations, and implement these in your work.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed during banquet events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet operations, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing banquet events and staff successfully.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.,Familiarity with banquet software and event planning tools is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
