📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ensure the store meets sales targets and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment that reflects the brand's image.
  • Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the regional manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
