Up Space Group is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Subang. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home while maintaining office presence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation, ensuring fairness and transparency.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, promoting a positive work environment.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hybrid work environment.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
