📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and satisfaction.

Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.

Handle employee grievances and conflicts.

Manage employee benefits and compensation.

Oversee training and development programs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using HR software and tools.

Experience in managing a team.

Familiarity with the Indonesian workplace and culture.
