In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the outlet staff in various tasks to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the outlet's daily operations.,Support the outlet staff in customer service and sales activities.,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Support in training and mentoring new staff members.,Assist in preparing reports and documentation.,Participate in team meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
