📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a specific section within the company, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company policies.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance and productivity.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and achievement of organizational goals.,Monitor section performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Identify training and development needs for team members and implement appropriate solutions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and project management tools.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
