📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control inspections on products to ensure they meet established standards.,Documenting inspection results and reporting any defects or issues to the appropriate personnel.,Collaborating with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.,Maintaining and updating quality control procedures and standards.,Training and mentoring junior QC staff on quality control processes and best practices.,Ensuring compliance with company and industry quality standards and regulations.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.,Providing feedback and recommendations for process improvements based on quality control findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.,Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
