📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Designing and prototyping user interfaces for web and mobile applications,Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals,Creating and maintaining design systems and style guides,Ensuring designs are optimized for performance and accessibility,Providing design guidance and mentorship to junior designers,Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field,3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design,Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD,Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and user research skills,Experience with design systems and style guides,Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies,Familiarity with design thinking and lean startup methodologies,Excellent communication and collaboration skills
