📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.,Manage and schedule social media content across various platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies.,Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.,Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling content.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media activities and provide insights to senior management.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies.,Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.,Strong creative and copywriting skills.
