📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the internal audit process, including planning, execution, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.,Provide strategic insights to senior management to enhance operational efficiency.,Lead and mentor a team of auditors.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence.,Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing.,Proven track record of leading audit projects and teams.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with audit software and tools.
