As a Finance & Reconciliation Executive at Private Advertiser, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial records
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections
- Provide financial support to other departments as needed
- Participate in financial audits and reviews
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and reconciliation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
